Central Business Unit
Formed in November 2005, the Central Business Unit provides administrative and management support to operational and non-operational service units. The centrally based Unit carries out many services to enhance the work and priorities of the Force. This includes, case file preparation, typing services, recording the minutes of meetings and assisting in the management of service unit budgets. Each team within the Central Business Unit has undergone major changes in the formation and integration of existing and new teams and this has led to new streamlined processes have been introduced to further ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
