About People & Diversity
People & Diversity is a central unit that ensures we have a workforce that meets the current and the future needs of the Cleveland Police area and comprises:
- Human Resources
- Training
- Internal Diversity
- Occupational Health.
Each team has a significant part to play in delivering the priorities of the Force. The challenge for the unit over the duration of this plan is to develop innovative and sustainable human resource and training plans that support all staff. This will involve enhancing people management and development processes to facilitate changes in organisational culture and individuals’ focus.
