The Court ordered that the defendant must not in England and Wales:

1. Behaving in a way that intimidates, or seeks to intimidate one or more persons not of the same household as himself.
2. Behaving in a manner which causes, or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household as himself.
3. Inciting or encouraging any other person to act in a manner which causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household as himself.
4. Using or inciting others to use threatening, insulting or abusive words or behaviour in any place to which the public have access.
5. Be verbally abusive, use or threaten violence towards any person.
6. Behaving in any way that that threatens, intimidates or annoys the staff or customers of any licenced premises.
7. Entering any licenced premises under the Middlesbrough Pubwatch Scheme, namely the individual premises known as: Dr Browns, Purple Onion, The Empire, The Central, The Hairy Lemon, Trader Jacks, Yates Wine Lodge, Lloyds No 1, The Oak, The Princess Alice, Walkabout Inn, The Terrace, Barracuda Bar, Flares, Studio, Bar Fresco, Aruba, The Cornerhouse, Vienna, Club Bongo, The Zetland, Gilzeans, Last Orders, Chicago Rock, Lava and Ignite, Annies Bar, Hunters, Cassidy's Club, The Crown, TS1, The Dickens Inn, The Southfield, Hogs Head, Mohans, Shipmate, The Laurel, Sanctuary Club, The Green Tree, Square One, Blue Lounge, Blue Bar, Pacific Bar, The Tavern, Liberties in Town, The Park, The Cleveland, The Captain Cook, Bensons Bar, The New Albert, The Camels Hump, The Bridge, Cellnet Stadium, The Thistle Hotel, Issac Wilson's, The Ship Inn, Stonehouses, The Navigation, The Westminster, Star and Garter, University of Teesside Bar and any future members of Middlesbrough Pubwatch scheme.
8. Entering the exclusion area marked in red on the attached plan, bounded by and including Borough Road, Hartington Road, Newport Road, Wilson Street, Marton Road, Bright Street, Abingdon Road, Borough Road, Woodlands Road, Victoria Road, Linthorpe Road to Borough Road between 7 pm and 7 am.
9. Enter Exchange Square, Exchange Place, Zetland Road, Brunswick Street, Queen Street, between the hours of 7 pm and 7 am.
10. Be drunk in any public place.
11. Be in possession of any open alcoholic drink container containing alcohol in a public place.
12. Be verbally abusive, use or threaten violence towards any person.
