Prohibitions

The Court ordered that the defendant must not in England and Wales:

1. Behave in a manner which is likely to intimidate, cause harassment, alarm or distress, incite or encourage any other person to do so or use or incite others to use threatening, insulting or abusive words or behaviour to any person or persons not of the same household as himself.
2. Behaving in any way that threatens or intimidates the staff or customers of any retail premises.
3. Carry or have with them any knife or bladed or pointed article in a public place.
4. Enter any one of the following retail premises, Woolworths, Clintons, Curry's, The Body Shop, Sports World, Forbidden Planet, Superdrug, and TK Maxx.
5. Enter the area bounded by but not including A66, Hartington Road, Grange Road to Albert Road as outlined on the attached map. Area includes the premises known as Sainsbury's (including the car parks and filling station), the Hill Street Centre, Captain Cook Square and the The Mall (formerly known as the Cleveland Centre). Except for in the course of his employment.
