Prohibitions

The Court ordered that the defendant must not in England and Wales:

1. Behave in any way that intimidates or seeks to intimidate one or more persons not of the same household as himself.
2. Behave in a manner, which causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household as himself.
3. Use threatening, insulting or abusive words or behaviour in any place to which the public have access.
4. Tresspass in or on any property or land.
5. Cause Criminal Damage or attempting to cause damage.
6. Enter the area bounded by and including,Grange Road, Emily Street, Borough Road, Hartington Road, Newport Road and Wilson Street, Albert Mews, Corporation Road and bounded by but not including Marton Road and Bright Street as outlined in the attached map,except when attending pre arranged appointments at Court, the Police Station or probation service. When entering the area he must enter and leave by the most direct route and in a reasonable time.
7. Be verbally abusive, use or threaten violence towards any person within the area of England and Wales
8. Drink intoxicating liquor in a public place within the area of England and Wales (except lawfully licensed premises if legally allowed to do so) and/or behave in a drunken and disorderly manner in public.
