Prohibitions:
The court ordered that the defendant must not in England and Wales:-
- Act in a manner which causes, or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons, not of the same household as himself
- Behave in any way that threatens or intimidates the staff or customers of any licensed premises or retail premises
- Kick, throw or propel any stone, missile or any other object or threaten to do so at or towards any building, motor vehicle or person
- Enter the exclusion area marked in red on the attached plan, at appendix 2 bounded by and including Borough Road, Hartington Road, Newport Road, Wilson Street, Marton Road, Bright Street, Abingdon Road, Borough Road, Woodlands Road, Victoria Road, Linthorpe Road to Borough Road save when travelling on public transport and along public transport routes (Middlesbrough town centre).
- Enter any licensed premises under the Middlesbrough pub watch scheme, namely the individual premises known as: Dr Browns, Purple Onion, The Empire, The Central, The Hairy Lemon, Trader Jacks, Yates Wine Lodge, Lloyds no 1, The Oak, The Princess Alice, Walkabout Inn, The Terrace, Barracuda Bar, Flares, Studio, Bar Fresco, Aruba, The Cornerhouse, Vienna, Club Bongo, The Zetland, Gilzeans, Last Orders, Chicago Rock, Lava and Ignite, Annies Bar, Hunters, Cassidy's club, The Crown, TS1, The Dickens Inn, The Southfield, Hogs Head, Mohan’s, Shipmate, The Laurel, Sanctuary Club, The Green Tree, Square One, Blue Lounge, Blue Bar, Pacific Bar, The Tavern, Liberties in town, The park, The Cleveland, The Captain Cook, Bensons Bar, The New Albert, The Camels Hump, The Bridge, Cellnet stadium, The Thistle hotel, Isaac Wilson's, The Ship Inn, Stonehouses, The Navigation, The Westminster, Star and Garter, University of Teesside Bar. This includes any beer garden or car park of any such premises.
- Be drunk in any public place.
- Be in possession of any alcoholic drink or alcoholic container, open or otherwise in a public place.
