Prohibitions

The Court ordered that the defendant must not in England and Wales:

  1. Behave in a manner that intimidates or seeks to intimidate one or more persons not of the same household as himself.
  2. Behave in a manner which causes, or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons, not of the same household as himself.
  3. Incite or encourage any other person to act in a manner which causes, or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons, not of the same household as himself.
  4. Urinate in a public place, except when using public toilets.
  5. Threaten, verbally abuse or intimidate any other person.
  6. Be in possession of any Class A, B or C class drug as defined by the Misuse of drugs Act 1971 (excepting prescribed medicine issued to him by a medical practitioner) and will not be under the influence of any drug in a public place.
  7. Kick, throw or propel any stone, missile or any other object or threaten to do so at or towards any building, motor vehicle or person.
  8. Behave in any way that threatens or intimidates or annoys the staff or customers of any retail premises or any staff or clients of local authority premises.
  9. Unlawfully contact, damage or interfere with any motor vehicle without the owner's permission.
  10. Enter the area bounded by and including Penrith Road, Crossfell Road, but not including Ormesby Road, Breckland Walk to Penrith Road, Middlesbrough as identified in the attached map.
  11. Enter the area bounded by but not including Borough Road, Albert Road, Grange Road, Bright Street, Marton Road, Wilson Street, Newport Road, Hartington road to Borough Road as identified in attached map.
  12. Telephone any Emergency Service provider within England and Wales on the 999 or 112 system, or any other local emergency service number other than to report a valid emergency.
  13. Threaten or cause damage to any public building, private building or public amenity.
  14. Attempt to obtain, or obtain money, Beg or ask for money or other items from any member of the public.
