Prohibitions

The Court ordered that the defendant must not in England and Wales:  

1. Behave in a manner that intimidates or seeks to intimidate one or more persons not of the same household as himself, including but not limited to staff or customers of any retail premises.
2. Behave in a manner which causes, or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons , not of the same household as himself, including but not limited to staff or customers of any retail premises.
3. Be verbally abusive to any member of Local Authority staff, Street wardens, Town Centre Security staff, Probation officers or Police personnel.
4. Be in possession of any Class A, B or C class drug as defined by the Misuse of drugs Act 1971 (excepting prescribed medicine issued to him by a medical practitioner) and will not be under the influence of any drug in a public place.
5. Be drunk and disorderly in any public place.
6. Be in possession of any open container containing alcohol in a public place.
7. Attempt to obtain, or obtain money, Beg or ask for money or other items from any member of the public.
8. Deposit litter or waste (including human waste) in any public place.
9. Enter the area bounded by but not including Albert Road, Grange Road (to allow access to St Pauls Centre), Hartington Road, A66 Trunk Road eastbound, to Albert Road. Middlesbrough as identified in the attached map.
