Prohibitions
The court ordered that the defendant must not, in England and Wales:
- Act in a manner which causes, or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons, not of the same household as himself.
- Incite or encourage any other person to act in a manner which causes, or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons, not of the same household as himself.
- Be in possession of any motor fuel or motor fuel container, open or otherwise in a public place and/or be under the influence of any motor fuel in a public place.
- Being in possession of any solvent and/or be under the influence of solvent or illegally obtained drugs in a public place.
- Enter any petrol station premises or forecourt save when travelling as a passenger in a motor vehicle, and will not alight from the vehicle save in an emergency.
- Be in possession of any open container containing alcohol in a public place excluding licensed premises or organised event if lawfully entitled to do so.
- Be in possession of any hose, pipe or tubing, which could be used for the purpose of siphoning fuel.
