The court ordered that the defendant must not, in England and Wales:
- Act a manner which causes, or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household as himself.
- Use or incite others to use threatening, insulting or abusive words or behaviour in any place to which the public have access.
- Behave in any way that threatens or intimidates the staff or customers of any retail premises.
- Be drunk in any public place.
- Be in possession of any open container containing alcohol in a public place.
- Urinate in any public place, except when using public toilets.
- Expose his genitals in any public place.
- Make improper sexual advances or use behaviour or language of a sexual nature, or act in a sexually explicit manner towards any person not of the same household as himself where the behaviour causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
- Enter the areas as identified in the attached maps at Appendix 1 and 2 and hatched in red, other than when accompanied by an adult over the age of twenty-one (21) years, who is not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or when travelling on public transport and along public transport routes.
