Officers Criminal Convictions

Your Request "how many police officers in your force have got a criminal record. We would like to find out what the conviction was for"

Cleveland Police currently have 15 officers within the force who have the following criminal convictions:

Dangerous driving/fail to stop.
Fail to provide specimen
Theft of Cycle
Assault
Assault, Carry air weapon in a public place
Drunk and Disorderly
Excess Alcohol
Fraudulent use of VEL
Drunk and Disorderly
Dangerous Driving
Excess Alcohol
Interfering with a motor vehicle whilst it was being driven causing obvious danger
Due care and Attention
Excess Alcohol
Obstruct Police

If you are not satisfied with this response or any actions taken in dealing with your request you have the right to request that we review your case under our review procedure. If you decide to request that such a review is undertaken and following this process you are still dissatisfied you then have the right to direct your complaint to the Information Commissioner for consideration.
