Answer:- 11

2. How many officers have been declared bankrupt between Jan 1 2007 and Jan 1 2009?

Answer:- 2

3. Please include a breakdown stating which month and year they alerted the force and/or were made bankrupt.

Answer:-
One officer alerted the Force in March 08 and was declared bankrupt the same month.
One officer alerted the Force in September 08 and was declared bankrupt the same month.
