If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with the service or treatment you have received from Cleveland Police contact our Control Room on 01642 326326 or fill in our feedback form stating the Ward that the dissatisfaction applies to . We aim to acknowledge all expressions of dissatisfaction within 24 hours of you reporting it to us, however please note that if your expression of dissatisfaction is received in a language other than English there may be a delay while we interpret your E mail. Please do not use this service if the issue you are reporting is an emergency in such cases you should dial 999.
