Victim Support and Witness Service is the independent national charity which helps people cope with crime. Victim Support and Witness Service offers free, confidential support and information.
People react to crime in many different ways. Although most victims don't suffer long term harm, both adults and children can be seriously affected.
Those who have suffered a crime may need practical information and advice, or simply someone to talk to.
People are referred to Victim Support and Witness Service by the police and other agencies, but also people can just contact us themselves to ask for help....
