Collision, Roundabout junction Belle Vue Way and Burn Road, Hartlepool.

A red and silver Golden Bee scooter was travelling along the A689 towards the roundabout in the direction of Hartlepool. When a collision occurred involving a small black car.

The rider of the scooter, a 20-year-old male, sustained a fractured right elbow.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or who has any information is asked to contact  PC Mark Cubitt on the non emergency number 101 quoting incident number V205418

Police would especially like the driver of the small black vehicle to come forward.
