Appeal for Information after a Serious Sexual Assault

The incident happened at approximately 11.15pm on Wednesday 3rd February 2010 in the Carlton Bingo Car Park in Hartlepool.
 
The girl had been socialising with friends. She was stood outside alone smoking a cigarette when she was assaulted.

Police would like to speak to a man that they believe may be able to help them with their enquiries. He is described as white, aged 18 years old and 6ft tall.
