Collision on A689 at Newton Bewley, Hartlepool
Police are appealing for witnesses in relation to a road traffic collision that occurred on the A689 at Newton Bewley, near Hartlepool, at 10.15pm on Monday 2nd August.
The collision involved a Renault Clio and a Honda motorcycle. The rider of the cycle, a 33-year-old man, suffered a suspected fractured collar bone and received treatment at North Tees University Hospital. The female driver of the Clio was unhurt.
