Community Click

'Community Click' is being run by districts across the Cleveland area to give residents more ways to communicate with the police in their area.

‘Community-Click’ gives people the opportunity to ask local officers questions about their ward priorities and find out what is happening where they live via an interactive web chat.

It forms part of a strategy by Cleveland Police to use a range of methods to feedback to residents about their concerns and find out more about what issues are in communities.

As more and more people have access to the internet ‘Community-Click’ provides another outlet for residents of all ages to get involved in talking about their neighbourhood. It will reach parents who perhaps cannot leave their children to attend a meeting or those who may feel anxious about speaking in a public forum.

The first webchat was ran by Hartlepool South (see previous meetings) and more dates will be added soon for other areas, so be sure to check back for updates. If you would like your District or Ward to be covered, please contact us
