• Breach of the Professional Standards of behaviour in relation to Honesty and Integrity, Fitness for Duty, Orders and Instructions and Discreditable Conduct
• Breach of the Professional Standards of behaviour in relation to Honesty and Integrity, Confidentiality and Discreditable Conduct

Outcome

The Panel would have imposed the sanction of Dismissal Without Notice in
respect of the proven allegations of gross misconduct, had former Officer
Johnson remained as a serving constable as at 12 June 2024 as the only
appropriate sanction to fulfil the purposes of the misconduct regime and to
reflect the seriousness of the proven gross misconduct.
