Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision which occurred in Norton on Friday 22nd November at around 4:40pm.
The collision involved an Audi A3 and a pedestrian at the traffic lights on Norton Avenue, Norton.
The 11-year-old pedestrian was taken to the University Hospital of North Tees where he received treatment for a knee injury. He was later released.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or has any dash-cam footage is asked to contact PC Lee Benson via the non-emergency 101, quoting the event number 200319.
