Police are appealing for witnesses following a dispute involving a suspected firearm on the junction of Pelham Street and Princess Road, Middlesbrough.
The incident occurred at around 4:40pm on Friday 27th September.
Two men aged 35 and 24 were arrested in connection with the incident on suspicion of affray and possession of a firearm without a certificate. They have both been released under investigation.
Officers seized the suspected firearm.
