Four People Arrested Following Theft in Hartlepool

Officers were called to a report of a suspected stolen vehicle on Merlin Way, Hartlepool yesterday at around 10:15pm.
Two females aged 16 and 19 and two males aged 16 and 18 were arrested at the scene.
They remain in police custody whilst enquiries are ongoing.
