Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision that occurred on Marton Road, opposite Roseberry Park at around 7:35pm on Monday 6th January.
A bus and a pedestrian were involved in the collision.
The 43-year-old pedestrian remains in James Cook University Hospital receiving treatment for internal injuries. He is described as in a stable condition.
Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or has dash cam footage to contact PC Paul Dixon on the non-emergency number 101, quoting the event number 003238.
