Officers are continuing to appeal for witnesses following the alleged murder on Parliament Street in Stockton just after 1pm on Sunday 29th December.
Police are appealing to any witnesses or anyone who has private CCTV/dash cam footage of the area/ time of the incident to please come forward.
Any further information and footage provided to officers could help them with their ongoing investigation.
John Wright, 41, sadly died as a result of the reported incident.
Two men aged 20 and 21 were arrested and charged with murder and appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court on Wednesday 1st January.
