Re Appeal for Witnesses Following Suspected Arson Attack in Hardwick

Officers are re appealing for information following a suspected arson attack on George Stephenson Boulevard in Hardwick, Stockton.
As a result of the incident, a black Vauxhall Astra and a white Ford Transit van were reportedly set on fire at around 10:50pm on Sunday 12th January.
It is believed four people dressed in dark clothing were seen in the area at the time of the incident and they left in the direction of Piper Knowle Road prior to police arrival.
Police are appealing for these people to come forward as they may be able to assist officers with enquiries.
No one was injured as a result of the incident.
Anyone who may have witnessed anything or has private CCTV footage of the area of the incident is asked to call Cleveland Police’s Stockton CID Team on 101, quoting event number 006563.
