Officers from Stockton Neighbourhood Policing Team stopped suspected drug dealing from taking place at a property in Norton after successfully boarding it up.
Local housing developer, Thirteen, alerted the team to reported drugs activity at a property on Argyll Road in Norton on Tuesday, December 20.
Together with Thirteen, officers boarded up the property to prevent any further criminal activity from taking place at the address and improve the quality of life for those living nearby.
T/Inspector Ian Brown from the Stockton Neighbourhood Team said: “We always respond to issues raised to us by Thirteen to tackle issues affecting residents in our communities.
“This is a fantastic example of great partnership work between the Force and Thirteen and we will continue to take a partnership approach to tackle drug activity in the area.”
