T/ACC Victoria Fuller joined Cleveland Police in May 2022.
Joining the Force on promotion, T/ACC Fuller was recently a Chief Superintendent for the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) command and across Cumbria and Durham Constabularies and prior to that role she had responsibility for Head of Response and Crime Command, and worked as a senior leader in an investigative role as Detective Chief Superintendent.
With experience leading the Head of Durham Constabulary’s Professional Standards and Legal Services divisions, T/ACC Fuller has served in policing since 1999 after graduating from York University with a First Class Honours degree in Psychology.
She has performed various roles, at different ranks, including: Response, Force Control Room, CID, Major Crime and Specialist Crime, Custody, Criminal Justice, and Force Intelligence.
In addition, she has experience of being the Force lead for Safeguarding with strategic responsibility for Domestic Abuse, Sex Offender Management, Child and Adult Protection, missing people, sexual exploitation and abuse.
Victoria has also been involved in a number of organised crime pilot projects and initiatives with Greater Manchester Police, the National Crime Agency and the Home Office.
