Police are appealing for witnesses and footage after an incident of dangerous driving in Marske.
The incident happened around 4:30pm on Sunday 9th April on St Germains Lane, when a bright green high-powered motorbike was ridden at a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) who had directed the motorcyclist to stop, following a complaint of antisocial driving.
The rider then made off from the scene.
Fortunately, the PCSO was not injured.
A 44-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, disqualified driving, no insurance and going equipped. He has been bailed whilst enquiries continue.
A number of people are believed to have been in the area at the time and any witnesses or anyone with dash cam or CCTV footage is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101, quoting incident number 066800.
