Detectives from Hartlepool CID are appealing for information/dashcam or other footage after a man was injured during an incident in Hartlepool.
Some time between 00:10 and 00:20 yesterday, Sunday 23rd April, an altercation was taking place in Lowthian Road and two vehicles then arrived at the scene. One is believed to be a dark coloured 4x4 and one a blue or grey Ford Focus.
The Ford struck the 21-year-old man and was then driven from the scene. The vehicle was found burnt out in Colwyn Road a short time afterwards.
The victim is in the University Hospital of North Tees receiving treatment for injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.
