A dispersal order around the area of Norfolk Place shops has been extended this coming weekend as officers continue to carry out high-visibility patrols in the area.
Middlesbrough Neighbourhood Team are working together with Middlesbrough Council to carry out patrols, offering reassurance to the local community following a recent assault which led to the arrest of four teenage males.
Those four teenage males are now subject to a 6pm curfew and checks will be carried out to ensure that they are abided by.
Officers working in the area will continue to liaise with the local community and partner agencies to identify any individuals believed to be causing antisocial behaviour and carrying out criminal offences.
