Appeal after Vehicle Stolen

Officers were called to a report of a vehicle stolen by two men in Blackbush Walk, Thornaby, around 7:10pm yesterday evening (Tuesday 8^th August).

A Mercedes was stolen in the incident.

The victim, a male in his forties, was approached by two males in possession of bladed weapons and suffered a minor arm injury in the incident.

The vehicle was later located and recovered in Thornaby.
