Police are appealing for information after a 14-year-old male was victim to an attempted robbery at the entrance of Pallister Park on Ormesby Road in Middlesbrough.
The incident occurred on Friday 9th June between 3:45pm and 4pm when four males approached the victim and tried to take his bike. One of the males claimed they had a knife (it was not seen).
The males have been described as:
Male 1 – white male, around 17 years old with slicked black hair
Male 2 – a white male with blonde hair and blue eyes and was riding a BMX style bike
Male 3 – blonde hair with no teeth, big build and a white male
Male 4 - small in height, white male and was wearing a balaclava
All of the males spoke with a local accent.
Officers are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who has any CCTV footage to contact Cleveland Police on 101 quoting 111822.
