Deputy Chief Constable (DCC) of Cleveland Police Victoria Fuller attended a Letters Patent Ceremony at Middlesbrough Town Hall on Wednesday 6th December.
The historic event marked the opening of the Teesside Combined Courts for the next year and was attended by a number of dignitaries.
DCC Fuller met with the Civic Procession which includes the Chair of Middlesbrough Council, the Mayor of Hartlepool Council, the Mayor of Redcar and Cleveland and the Mayor of Stockton.
A fanfare by the trumpeters of the Cleveland Police Band rang out as the event got underway. DCC Fuller then met with The High Sheriff of North Yorkshire and the High Court Judge before the Letters Patent were read by a court official.
