A large quantity of suspected Class C prescription drugs were recovered, alongside suspected stolen property, cash and other drug paraphernalia.
The electricity was also found to be bypassed so Northern Powergrid attended to disconnect the supply and make it safe.
A 57 year old woman was arrested on suspicion of drug supply offences and abstracting electricity. She remains in police custody at this time.
