A man has been arrested after a vehicle failed to stop for police in the early hours of this morning in Stockton (Tuesday 10th January).
Cleveland Police Dog Unit officers on patrol spotted a Peugeot 106 on Ragpath Lane around 12:40am which failed to stop. The vehicle made off onto the A1027 before making its way on to Junction Road and Station Lane.
The vehicle collided with three parked cars on Station Lane before coming to a stop. The driver and a male passenger were left with minor injuries.
A 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, dangerous driving and failing to stop. He remains in police custody at this time.
