Man Sentenced to Over Two Years in Prison for 15 Offences

Elliot Milner, 22, of Hampden Way in Thornaby has been sentenced to 2 years and 8 months in prison for the below offences following an investigation by Stockton Neighbourhood Officers:

• Handling stolen goods
• Three counts of theft from a shop
• Public order
• Five counts of assault by beating an emergency worker
• Two counts of assault
• Possession with intent to supply crack cocaine
• Offer to supply crack cocaine
• Offer to supply a controlled class C drug

Stockton Neighbourhood Sergeant Gavin Weidman said: “We are happy with the sentence given to Milner. He is a prolific offender and has caused misery in our communities with the many criminal incidents he was involved in last year, many of which he was wanted on warrant for.

“Thankfully Milner was arrested and brought to justice following the hard work of my team and he has now been given a sentence where he has time to think about his actions in prison.”
