Man arrested after stop search in Middlesbrough

A 33-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a Class A drug.
Officers from Middlesbrough’s Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) carried out a stop search on a man on Aire Street in Middlesbrough at around 1.20pm on Wednesday 4th January.
They recovered a quantity of drugs believed to be heroin and crack cocaine.
The man has since been bailed pending further enquiries.
