Police are appealing for information and witnesses as officers investigate two arson incidents in Middlesbrough.
Officers were called by colleagues at Cleveland Fire Brigade to Eastwood Road in Middlesbrough at around 5pm on Thursday 6 July.
It was reported that a sofa was set alight at the front of a property causing damage to the front window and causing smoke damage to the property.
Then shortly after midnight, emergency services were called to the same location after a vehicle was set alight.
Fortunately, no one was injured in either incidents.
Officers are appealing for anyone with information or anyone who may have CCTV footage to contact Cleveland Police on 101 quoting 132552.
