Appeal after Collision on A1185, Billingham

A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a collision this morning, Wednesday 14^th June, on the A1185 at Billingham.

The incident happened around 9:20am involving a Ford Transit van and a Citroen DS 3.

The male Citroen driver was taken to James Cook University Hospital by road ambulance with serious injuries.

Any witnesses to the collision or anyone with dash cam footage which may have captured the incident or the vehicles involved, is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101, quoting reference number 114820.
