We are renewing our appeal for info/dashcam/cctv footage as enquiries continue into an arson attack at an address on Greenfield Way, Norton last month (Thursday 18th May).
Between 1.30am and 2.30am a vehicle on a driveway was set alight, destroying it and causing damage to the front of the address.
Thankfully, the occupants escaped with no serious injuries.
The suspect is described as a white male, dressed in dark clothing with either a hood up or a balaclava on. He is around 5’9” tall, of slim build and was on a mountain bike.
It’s believed he arrived and left the location via Blakeston Lane, possibly from the direction of Junction Road.
We would ask anyone in the Greenfield Way, Blakeston Lane and Junction Road areas who may have seen this male or captured him on dashcam/cctv footage in the early hours of Thursday 18th May to contact Cleveland Police via the 101 number, quoting ref 094985.
