A man has been arrested on suspicion of robbery after a report of a robbery on Howden Walk, Stockton.
The incident happened around 2pm on Saturday 18th November when a man delivering parcels was grabbed from behind by two suspects and a third went through his pockets, took the keys to his van and then stole the vehicle which contained further parcels.
The van was located later the same day in Chestnut Square, Stockton.
A 45-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and bailed whilst enquiries continue.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident on Howden Walk or anyone with information is asked to call Stockton CID on 101, quoting incident number 228611.
