Please be aware that the Force is having technical issues with the 101 phone lines and we are unable to answer 101 calls until further notice.

The Force can still be contacted online if you need information or want to report a crime (non-emergency) via this link: https://www.cleveland.police.uk/contact/af/contact-us/

If you have an emergency to report, please call 999 as normal.

Please do not use 999 to report a non emergency whilst the 101 lines are down.
