Three men have been arrested by officers investigating thefts of quad bikes from commercial premises.
One Honda was previously recovered by police after being reported stolen from the Skelton area in early October – it was involved in a lengthy pursuit, ending when its tyres were deflated by a police stinger device.
At this time, the suspects fled the scene on another quad however three men (18, 21 and 22) have now been arrested in connection with this burglary.
Further enquiries by teams of officers today (Monday) led to another stolen bike being recovered - along with a stun gun, a machete and a large quantity of cash.
The three men are in custody being questioned and enquiries are ongoing.
