On Thursday 23rd November around 4:05pm, items of concern were discovered in the public area at Middlesbrough Police Station, on Bridge Street West.
The 33-year -old man arrested in connection with the incident has been charged with two counts of possession of firearms and he was remanded to appear at Teesside Magistrates’ Court today, Saturday 25th November.
The 54-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of a Class A drugs offence was released on police bail.
Enquiries are ongoing.
