Police are appealing for information following a collision involving a vehicle and a female pedestrian at the junction of Ramsey Road and South Avenue in Dormanstown in Redcar.
The incident occurred on Thursday 19th October at 9pm. The female driver of the vehicle (who also had a child and a Chihuahua dog in car) offered the female pedestrian a lift home where she then sought medical assistance for a fractured pelvis and a knee injury.
Officers are appealing for the driver of the vehicle (possibly a silver Ford) to please come forward to help with their enquiries.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has dash cam footage is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101 quoting 208795.
