Following a football match at the Riverside Stadium on Saturday 21st October between Middlesbrough FC and Birmingham City FC, three men were arrested.
A 19-year-old man was bailed for section 4 public order and poss class A drugs, a 44-year-old man was charged with public order and a 19-year-old man was charged with two counts of public order.
An investigation continues into reports of fighting outside the ground.
