Cleveland Police is proud to be supporting Dyslexia Awareness Week which runs from Monday 2nd October to Sunday 8th October.
Dyslexia is a learning difficulty which primarily affects reading and writing skills. However, it does not only affect these skills.
Ten percent of the population are believed to be dyslexic and today we’re celebrating some our dyslexic colleagues who bring their skills and life-experiences to our diverse force.
