Two men were jailed on Tuesday 17th October in connection with cars stolen in 2-in-1 burglaries.
21-year-old Tyler Hall was convicted of three burglaries in the Billingham, Yarm and Stockton areas whereas 22-year-old Bradley Hughes was convicted of two.
The men, both from Billingham, were sentenced at Teesside Crown Court after an investigation by Stockton CID.
The properties targeted by Hall were on Chillingham Court in Billingham on 31st March, Nursery Gardens in Yarm and Croxton Close in Stockton on 2nd April 2023. Hughes was convicted of the Yarm and Stockton incidents.
Hall received a three-year sentence and Hughes received 29 months in prison.
Detective Inspector Carl Blenkinsop from Stockton CID said “As a result of an investigation by Stockton CID, these two individuals have now been jailed for committing burglaries and stealing a number of vehicles.
“Offenders like these will be put before the courts to answer for their behaviour; and Stockton CID will continue to do everything possible to bring those responsible to justice.”
