Stockton CID Officers have charged a 17-year-old male with aggravated vehicle taking and failing to stop for police.
The charge was made in connection with a reported incident on Sunday 1st October when a vehicle (believed to be stolen) was reportedly sighted travelling at speed in Thornaby.
Following a reported pursuit, Stockton Response Officers arrested two males, one male was charged and the other male aged 16 has been bailed pending further enquiries.
The charged male appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court yesterday, Monday 2nd October.
