Officers from Hartlepool CID (B Relief) have charged two men with 11 reported offences in total following a spate of reported incidents in the Jutland Road and Seaton Lane areas of Hartlepool.
The reported incidents occurred between August and October 2023.
One male aged 32 has been charged with five counts of criminal damage and one count of malicious communications.
The second male aged 36 has been charged with three counts of criminal damage and one count of harassment.
They both appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court on Saturday 28th October.
